Reduce Chronic Stress
The program will help you understand what you need to change about yourself in order to be more relaxed, happy and free. It’s a program you can do in your own time and as it’s without actual coaching, it’s just a fraction of the price of regular coaching, yet it’s very effective.
The program consists of 3 modules with each 4 sessions. Every session has 12 questions that I urge you to answer truthfully. There are no right or wrong answers, there’s only you. The more truthful you are to yourself the better the results will be.
The program will help you change from feeling stressed and overloaded to feeling relaxed and in control. The best thing about it is that it’s not a simple one-time solution but you’ll learn how to handle different situations for now and also for the future.
